Friendly Stranger

Every time I come to this location - service is prompt, quick and friendly. Everyone is helpful. I also love the selection for prerolls, edibles and drinks - I always can depend on my favourites being here and enticed by new things I didn’t plan for. Prices are really fair too. I usually will pop in when I’m in the neighbourhood.

The store is cute and employees are lovely but this place really needs to hire security. I watched so many intoxicated and potentially dangerous people walking in and being really difficult and rude to the person working there. It felt unsafe in the store as a customer. Please hire full time security.

used to love coming here because the storefront always had so many beautiful plants, and it really made the place feel welcoming and connected to the community. It was clear that people in the neighborhood cared about contributing and seeing the space thrive. Lately, though, the plants are completely gone, when I asked what happened to the plants we all brought o was told head office made the store remove them.and the storefront feels empty and a bit sad. I really hope the company considers bringing back that community touch it made such a difference… before and after:’(

There's a new person named River who was very disrespectful and treated me with disdain, as if they were upset with me for serving me. They made me feel so uncomfortable that I preferred to hold back my urge to smoke that night and return the next day. I've happily visited the store for several years since it opened on Church St., and it's always been a wonderful experience with the people who work there. Unfortunately, last Friday wasn't the same with "River."
