I had a similar experience to Sarah Diene with the same woman yesterday around 2:30pm. The description in Sarah’s review matches the description of the woman that cashed me out. It was the woman with purple and blue hair. I was the second customer in line. I noticed her interaction with the customer prior to me was warm, engaging, and friendly. She even said “Oh you’re a Gemini” when filling out his sign up. When it was my turn, I was met with hostile energy. I actually said “hi, how are you” and she seemed to be irritated with me. I didn’t mind, I was just excited to get a new pen, but I noticed it. I ended up taking charge of the entire interaction as the customer - I even said “I don’t want to hold up the line” to expedite the process as she seemed to rush through my transaction anyway. She was anxious while helping me and rushing, but she had a complete different vibe with the customer before me. It was strange. Strange enough for me to get curious about others experiences - that’s why I’m leaving my review, too. I won’t return, because there are plenty of other dispensaries around the city that have amazing staff - and they don’t pick and choose who they like to help/provide their best service too. I also noticed the reply to Sarah Dienes review. Instead of offering up an explanation for the cashier/budtenders behaviour outlined in her review, a simple apology would actually make the customer more likely to come back. Customers are looking to be appeased, not offered excuses. If you read my review, Sarah’s review, and some other reviews below, you’ll notice a trend - that woman with purple and blue hair does not like to help specific customers for personal reasons. Get curious about that. Maybe, you could have better customer retention if you invest in listening to your customers and taking action from their feedback. Or, you could choose to retain an employee who shows preferential treatment to customers and continue to turn a blind eye to their lack of customer service skills. Thank you for reading my review.

Fogtown North York is hands down one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and actually take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. You can tell they really know their products and care about the customer experience. The quality is always on point, and their menu selection is perfectly curated — whether you’re looking for something specific or just browsing, there’s always great options to choose from. One of the cutest touches is how pet-friendly they are. They literally feed pets that come in, and they have an adorable wall full of pet photos, which honestly makes the whole place feel so warm and community-based. It’s those little details that really set them apart. Clean, well-organized, great vibes, and amazing service every single time. Highly recommend Fogtown North York 🙌🌿

Lots of variety, good prices, pet friendly! Adam was especially helpful with my inquiries about inventory, and super great with my pup, which was a bonus!

Nice prices came a few times, but heavy set woman working in the morning has an attitude is pretty rude. Polite to some customers, others can see the disgust in her face and way she addresses one person to the next. Makes you not want to come back.
