Shout out to my homegirl Missy, she was very helpful, insightful, knew the product and always had a smile on her face. As far as fire and flower. I’ve never had a complaint and I don’t think I ever will. you guys are doing bang up job keep up the great work.

1# spot in my honest opinion! I've been coming here for years and no where else cause the staff are never disappointing. Big shoutouts to Quinten and Maddie for always being solid staff while keeping things fun and professional.

I came in looking for flower and a cart and Noah was incredible! He was very knowledgeable in his products and had a very friendly attitude towards me and others he served. I highly recommend Noah and his crew!!

The blonde girl working there is an absolute gem, I think her name is Maddie. She's very informative on any questions I asked and shes very knowledgeable on new and old products. She was extremely welcoming and patient with all the questions I had. Her customer service is above and beyond, if only they hired more people like her.

I am genuinely sad that I’m giving this place a 1 star. This is one of the closest stores to my home and I’ve been coming here for over a year. However, the service has gone downhill. Reps used to be helpful and friendly - which is all I ask for. This morning I went for a walk and the lady (wearing a hat), who I hadn’t dealt with before, was condescending, unwilling to help, snarky with her comments and facial expressions… all over me asking if they have a bag for their products since I came walking and asking for a recommendation. I ended up not buying anything when my bill would’ve been $50-$70. I did let the employee know that she was coming across very rudely and immediately her demeanor changed, but it was too late. I am not a demanding person, but when I go into a store as a consumer, I don’t want that kind of energy. Super disappointing. Won’t be coming back again. Everyone else I’ve dealt with thus far I haven’t had any issues with.
