I had such a great experience thanks to Jayrell (I believe that was his name!) on January 17. He had the most radiant, welcoming smile and immediately made the experience feel comfortable and easy. The store itself was spotless and smelled so fresh , honestly one of the cleanest dispensaries I’ve been in. Jayrell was incredibly knowledgeable. I asked about three completely different products, and he knew exactly what I was talking about every time. He took the time to explain options clearly and even gave me personal recommendations, including a new five-time battery, which I really appreciated. This kind of service was genuinely refreshing. Every dispensary has its own setup and vibe, and I don’t usually shop at Fire & Flower, but this visit pleasantly surprised me. Getting to interact with Jayrell made all the difference he truly elevated the experience.

Friday Jan 16 2026 placed online order miscommunication made customer wait outside for more than 30 minutes when customer calls the store a girl working at 19:20 picks up the phone and clearly is having a bad day. Disregards and calls manager. Manager doesn’t want to identify him or her. I’m a customer for 4 years spending hundreds weekly. This team and specifically this female team member have always been like this. High off their behinds laughing in our faces. Such a shame great store but the poorest customer service I’ve ever faced. The weather is a factor ! What’s not is your rudeness, little girl.

I had such a great experience with Souliana! She took her time helping me pick out everything I needed and knows her stuff. She’s so professional and we had a great conversation. If she’s not a manager please make her one because it’s hard to get exceptional customer service these days. Looking forward to my next visit.

Around 6:30/7 of NYE I came to the store to get a pre roll for me and my boyfriend and I felt very welcome at the store. I’m usually a bit awkard maling small talk but the three amazing girls (who I unfortunately did not get the names of) were the best. They were excited, gave me compliments, asked me about my plans for the night and quickly helped me get what I was looking for. I appreciate when costumer service is this nice and easy and when employees make you feel welcome at their store. I usually don’t leave reviews but nowadays is a bit hard to find kind and good energy people, so I figured it was a good time for positive feedback. Thank you, girls, and hope you had an amazing beginning of new year!

I used to like coming here to pick up but my last visit will most likely be my last. I have been a member here since the spot opened and usually I get great treatment, tonight not so much. I was trying to scroll through their product assortment on the touch screen computer they have there. I ended up ordering some pre-rolls for pickup. Proceeded to wait for the staff to get it. They could not find it so I again tried to look at their pre rolls but was having some issues and started to become frustrated, the male employee told me to relax. So i told him thanks but I don't like your attitude and I left. I proceeded to go up the street and purchase my stuff elsewhere. Instead of telling someone to relax after they have been waiting, Offer to help instead. This place could also use a price list so I dont have to wait by the scrolling boards to get a glimpse of the price.
