a woman who is supposedly the manager gets quite mad when you ask her to look up products herself and not show her them on your phone after you have been standing at the till for five minutes while she mindlessly sweeps leaving her only staff member to deal with everyone. she has a terrible attitude and has zero business being in a leadership position anywhere. stop taking it out on your customers and get some help

I was asked for I.D even as a regular shopper,and rudely told by a redhead with glasses. If I look under 35 years old , I will be checked. I am 42 years old .....I do not look like a minor and they don't regularly check their customers ,just bullshit service by that unprofessional staff member ,who seemed to have a problem with me joking about being having to show my ID, I won't shop at that shitty location again .!

This Fire & Flower is always so welcoming in the store, they greet me as soon as they see me and offer help right away! Very good customer services here. I also wanted to mention that Noa always does an excellent job at helping me pick out good products, and they always take their time to make sure I’ve got what I want before purchase. They’re very amicable and they do a good job at making you feel welcome in the store! 10/10 for the Budtenders!

By far the best pot shop in Saskatoon. Not only do they have an incredible selection, but the staff is always so friendly and take the time to get to know you, your preferences and are always willing to help and answer questions. Even when it is super busy they are always right on the ball. They have an awesome system to keep the lines moving. They have people ringing items up, and staff going down the line to ask what they can get started. Plus the fact that they offer a student discount is super awesome. I have also noticed that they have significantly better priced ounces (especially when compared to Lucid). Overall, just the best place to go when you are looking for great pot and even better service!
