I've been meaning to write this review since June 2025 but you know... I can be forgetful at times. I wonder why... 🤔 BIG shout out to Joel, Bee, & Shai for being incredible customer service reps who make every visit feel like you're buying from your high-school best friend who happens to have a side hustle their mom doesn't know about. Seriously though, these guys encompass all of the great things about great customer service, from being outgoing and friendly and efficient, to being knowledgeable and honest about their products. One time I came in and Bee was literally about to walk out the door (maybe on break or shift end) but he came back in and rang me up anyway, even though his colleague could have done it and didn't make me feel rushed or like I was holding him back at all... It's things like that that make the difference in my opinion. Anyway, this location has great product, yes, but the vibe check is passed with flying colours consistently and I appreciate that over all else. Thanks guys!

Whoa! Just amazing. I drive from North York, to visit this location now. The service and staff are superb, passionate and caring. I cannot express my gratitude enough, other than to make the trip down to visit this specific store more often. Thank you for your service and help when I needed it.

I have been coming here for a year now. Let me just tell you, the service is exceptional. I thought i knew what i was smoking and what it would do to me. How wrong i was. The staff has been helpful and informative every visit. Every time i need re stock this location is my first choice always. The staff has always been welcoming which makes the visit even so much appreciated. If it could give 10 stars i would.

I had been shopping at Fire and Flowers since 2023 and never had a problem until June 18th 2025. I ordered my flowers online and paid online.so I went to pick them up after work and the cashier (brown guy) who was working there told me I hadn’t paid. I showed my credit card transaction to prove that I paid, but he said it didn’t confirm that I paid. So then I showed him my online receipt, and yet he insisted I didn’t pay till he refreshed the website. Boom- it shows "paid", then he knew he had messed it up. So, instead of apologizing, he started giving me an attitude by banging my product on the counter. Since then, I stopped going to Brock Ave and started shopping at Kindling for free delivery, better price and quality.

This location is a very tight and quick shopping experience. Where many stores are large and with lots of cabinet space, this store is just a service desk. I know what I am after so it doesn’t bother me at all! Plus next door is Sam James Coffee Bar with some delicious coffee. Not bad! A separate note; This location is managed by a very nice guy who I have seen a few times before in other locations. Apparently manages the Scarborough store as well. Nice to see more career advancement for their staff!
