Fire and Flower

Everyone is super nice. Except the manager. Clearly hates taking my order. I have known her only for ugliness and snarky evil replies and the like. Now she's got the nice people here checking for ID ever single time. Which is unreasonable. Seeing as most of the homeless downtown don't have IDs this is clearly her attack on those without photo ID. I avoid coming here near opening. I'm not going to go to any conclusions but I think the manager here hates me for my skin colour. We should have laws about toxic management. This manager is the worst person to have at this location.

The shop was cute and clean. Came by when I was in the neighborhood (I always go to the one nearest to my place) and the staff is so friendly and so helpful, I love that girl Shayna, she was so inviting and welcoming. She really knows her stuff, recommended great products for my insomnia. 10/10 would come again.

Never been to this store and my first experience was the best. Reshawn F is very good at his job. Made me feel important and was very helpful. He listens and cares. Im so hlad i went and mow i will be coming all the tome.

I went there got some prerolls and Shayna I think her name was, was such an amazing person and made sure I had everything I was looking for. Store is nice and the prices are good. Definitely coming back

I had an amazing experience at this shop thanks to the outstanding customer service from Matthew. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. He explained the products clearly and gave great recommendations. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at any dispensary!
