After coming in a few times, I’ve officially decided that this will be my go-to dispensary location. Haley is usually the person I see when I go in & she goes above and beyond to make sure I find what I’m looking for! She always has a positive attitude and gives the best recommendations. (Life saver btw) thank you for everything! Overall, I would recommend going here if you are looking for good service, chill vibes and lots of variety!

Haley served me at the Fairview Mall Location, she was busy with another customer when I arrived yet she helped me right away after she was done with her first client. Very quick and professional, upbeat and positive.

I actually really like this store. It’s well organized. Staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. When I go there I’m always greeted so warmly. Haley is an exceptional Bud expert. Great personality and knows her stuff. She always gives me advice on what she thinks I would like and is never wrong. I usually go here at least once or twice a month.

FIKA @ Fairview is a great place to satisfy your Cannabis needs. The location is perfectly situated close to the food court, and offers exterior store entrances. FIKA prices are industry average, often with great sales on offer. FIKA excels thanks to a massive selection and broad spectrum of product and myriad consumption options. The highlight for me is always the infused drink section - I have never seen such a fantastic selection of flavours and brands in any other store in the Waterloo region (I would argue one of the best in Ontario, based on my experience). FIKA always has yummy new flavours and brands to try! I would also like to spotlight Kristen (SIC) - she is a fantastic brand ambassador - always there with a big smile, she greets me at the door using my first name, a nice touch. Kristen has a wide product knowledge, always points out the sale items that interest me, and processes my order with extreme efficiency. Her enthusiastic customer service is a real asset to the company. I never leave the store unhappy when she is working. Thank You Kristen!

As a budtender, I had a great time with Gabe. He is very chill, has good selections, and the store is well designed.
