Edit; not long after placing this review, they called me to state the reason they couldn’t sell the product was because it “had a cut on the bag” which they claimed likely happened during shipping. If that were the case, it would have been noticed a long time ago as there would have been an extremely strong smell emanating from it. They 100% took my order for themselves or sold it to someone else, then called me trying to sell me on another item which i had zero interest in. Even black market dealers have better customer support than this Placed an order for pickup in store, order was marked ready to pick up around 9:30am, then order was cancelled same day at 12:30pm for no given reason. Website clearly states order would be held for 24 hours, yet they must have sold it to someone else or took it for themselves. Will be following up with regulatory agencies, won’t be spending money here again

I had such a great experience at Fika Cannabis Dispensary! The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and calming which is exactly what you want when stopping in to browse new products. A special shoutout to Sierra, who made the visit exceptional. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Sierra took the time to explain different strains and products without making anything feel rushed. Her recommendations were spot on and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers have the best experience possible.

Visit in July 30, 2025 Sierra and the staff there were great they don’t bug you. They don’t try to sell you, they let you shop and, if you have any questions, they get to you expeditiously. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced smoker, taster, they are great and thanks to James for accepting my phone call today. I visited FIKA Cannabis once, and I already know I’ll be coming back! Not only did their products exceed my expectations, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch. Ryan went above and beyond he walked me through several hybrid options tailored perfectly to what I was looking for, offered some great deals that fit my budget, and patiently answered my mountain of questions without missing a beat. The location can get pretty busy (you’ll see all kinds of characters passing through), but the store itself is spotless, well-organized, and feels super safe and welcoming. If you’re looking for high-quality products, incredible service, and an overall great experience, FIKA is the place to go!

Super friendly and helpful staff. The guy was really cool and knowledgable. Prices and assortment are also really good. I highly recommend!
