Staff are friendly so I can't give one star but I don't think I'll be going back to this store again. It's a shame as this was my regular spot to pick up but first issue I had with a vape cartridge, nothing was done about it. I called when I noticed the issue and was told it would be fine. Issue got worse so I took the cartridge back within the 7 days and they didn't do anything. Ended up having to buy a new one at full price, not even a discount for the faulty product. I've never had this issue at wiid or the bakery so I think I'll be taking my business back there. ***Edit*** I have tried this location again, and it's nice to see that things have changed. Giving a 5 star review now as the new staff are fantastic, have helped when I have had issues and generally seem to care about their customers. It's nice when a business can take a negative and completely turn it around. This is now my go to location on a weekly basis.

Great service and selection.It would be nice however if you walked in and see that hire people from a variety of ages and not just young girls.You never see anyone over 40 working here.

Asked for good taste...one simple requirement. Was recommended Hubble Haze. From Space Race Cannabis... ...it's bad. Really bad. Do not buy it. Brown. Too dry. Harsh. Perfume or no flavor. Spent the last of my fun budget on a bag of hay. Super disappointed. Will not trust budtenders here anymore. Put a pic up so u can see how crappy the stuff looks. .. personally I demand better if you want my repeat business.

Katelyn is absolutely amazing. I met her while she worked at the north location on Saturday and she was absolutely fantastic and helped me get the perfect gifts for my boyfriend ❤️ birthday. I loved her energy and the way she connects with each person. She's a bubble of sunshine and positive vibes. I actually drove all the way to the south end to get more stuff because your location had it in stock to help me sleep with anxiety I suffer with. She was just as helpful. She answered the many questions that I had. She's definitely great at customer service and helping put people at ease. She also had great product knowledge. She is such an asset to your company. You should seriously look into giving her more of a lead role in promoting your stuff! I loved her!! Thanks again for the best helpful energy a person could ask for.
