This is my go to clutch Erba after going to almost every single shop that they have. This location has been there forever too…Even before it was Erba. Over The years I have gone there off and on, and I would say that they consistently provide a good service and consistently have a good selection. At one point, I did have a different low rating review for Pico Erba, but I have since then deleted it and re-added it as this business has evolved over the last few years. I have gone there twice recently, and I really like their new management. Also, they have an amazing bud tender Christina. She Has amazing vibes. …Especially after I just left the Erba on Sawtelle due to the budtender Being excessively rude and unhelpful while they also had hardly anything in stock. She turned everything around and actually made me feel like a human being. She actually treated me with some proper customer service and some good recommendations based on the information that I was providing her. She was equally as friendly the last time I was there and also gave me a different recommendation based on what they had in stock that time. She also works very quickly and very efficiently, even with people like me that might need a little extra support when making a selection at this time as I have been having a crisis in my life and do use cannabis medicinally for a disability. She is a rockstar bud tender on their team as a Erba customer of over many years, one of my favorites. She is super legit! Also their new Manager Tiger I believe is her name and she is very professional. She is very on top of her game. Even though they don’t have all the fancy “bells and whistles” and the big warehouse like the Sawtelle location, I actually prefer their good vibes and they’re consistent selection over the years a lot more.

I was helped by Brenda she was amazing but I wanted to return something and the manger Brianna came full of herself arrogant and rude. I would never step in this store with this behaviour of the round manger. She’s really miserable

Britta and the staff were so helpful and amazing when I had a defective vape pen it rarely happens, but they really took care of me and I’ll keep coming back to them on a regular basis. Love this place.

Im honestly done giving this place the benefit of the doubt. This is the third time I've walked all the way here to pay with credit, only to be told the credit terminal is down again. At a California dispensary in 2025, that's not an inconvenience - thats just incompetence. If you can't keep can't keep your payment system functioning, stop advertising that you take credit. Its misleading. And it's not just the payment issues. One of the in-house vape cartridges I bought here literally had hair inside it. That's a basic contamination failure, and it makes me question how anything is being checked before it hits the shelf. The staff are fine, but the operational standards here are not. Customers shouldn't have to waste their time and walk back empty handed because the store can't keep its equipment working or maintain proper quality control. Management needs to get it together - this isn't acceptable.

I only come to this place because it’s close to my house. The prices here are absolutely sky high. I would recommend going to another place where they have tax included in the bud tenders don’t show visible irritation when you don’t tip. What are you doing? Why would I give you a 15% tip for grabbing a product for me? Never understood that type of mindset. Other than that, the security guards and most budtenders are relatively cool. Spending $70 for a basic 3.5 Is absolute robbery. I probably won’t be coming back here unless desperately needed.
