I’ve been coming here for years. The service, selection and pricing is always top notch. I’m not a big review guy, and if I was I would have given them 5 stars years ago. Unfortunately I’ve been dealing with poor service and product for the last month plus. I’ve had clogging issues with Cold Fire cartridges lately. Cold Fire isn’t cheap, and neither is my time. Sometimes I’ll go back and they’ll exchange it for me. Other times I’ll go there and the manager of duty says no. The manager is rude to the point where I feel like not going back. I’m not sure what her name is but she has curly hair. I’m giving 2 stars because I love what this place was, and I get great service when that manager isn’t working. This isn’t goodbye Elevated San Francisco, it’s hope to see you later. Edit after 7 days: I love Elevated San Francisco! I actually regret writing that first review. I was upset because of the poor service I’ve received from one individual. Since calming down I’ve realized that one individual does not represent all of Elevated. Her manager reached out to me and was a total sweetheart. You got me back Elevated! Can’t wait to see you on Cold Fire days!

I've been coming here for years and have spent a lot of money with this establishment. And, whenever I come in and the female supervisor is on duty she gives off a negative attitude. I've never really paid her much attention, though. At first, I thought it was just her demeanor. But, on Monday, January 12th at approximately 7:30 pm, I came in to purchase a few items which totaled over $120.00. A part of my purchase were 3 Cake disposable cartridges, the Louis XIII strain which was horrible. I was originally planning to purchase the Space Cake strain, which was actually cheaper. But I thought that I'd try something new. The Louis XIII strain was horrible. I came right back in ,no more than 5 minutes later to ask if I could trade the unopened cartridges for the lesser valued Space Cake and the supervisor would not even consider swapping out the cartridges for me, even though I've been a frequent customer here for years. I was very disappointed. So, I told her that she could keep the cartridges, and left them on the counter. There was no reason to keep them since I wasn't going to use them. The supervisor didn't even try to rectify the situation. So, due to the poor customer service, I will respectfully never visit this establishment again. This is no way to treat a regular customer. And, I have a lot of friends and family who I've referred over the years who have vowed not to ever return as well.

Our budtender, mungai, was fabulous in recommending the best items and deals. Also, when you spend $50+, you get to spin the wheel!

Well everyone deserves a business to run. But if you have rules in no one parking near residential and business. Nor near the bus stop why doesn't your team or security say something to the client about the outside Parking. Here is a post I will put. This two cars went to your business yet blocking residential area and businesses. Today Sept 5 25. By the way there's cameras as well.
