Dutch Love

Very disappointing experience. I ordered online and was given a delivery window of 2–4 PM. By 4 PM, nothing had arrived, so I called customer service only to be told it would now be delivered at 5 PM instead. No notification, no update just a last-minute delay after I had already waited around during the promised time window. If you can’t meet your delivery estimates, don’t give them. Poor communication and unreliable service.

Dolly was so helpful and kind. He introduced himself and made me feel so welcomed. I’ll be back! :)

I’ve had a few interactions with a staff member named Nevaeh, and I just have to say — they’re a standout. Super knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and really takes the time to listen and offer thoughtful recommendations. You can tell they care about what they do. It’s that kind of service that keeps me coming back.
