Deep Roots

We had them pour a large concrete patio in our backyard. They were able to get to us several weeks earlier than we had expected. The job was completed extremely quickly so we were able to have our memorial day BBQ with our friends. The quality of the work is top notch. They re-routed our gutters and installed new drains! After completion they came back out and cleaned up all the little concrete debris that is to be expected from the job. They even used our old dug up grass as if it were sod to fill in the bare spots around the concrete. I highly recommend Deep Roots!

This company was responsive to my request to start landscaping services at our newly purchased lake home within a short timeframe and we received a quote quickly. It is nice to be able to pay invoices from a link in an emailed bill. However, no attempt was made to address weeds after 5 weeks of service and, instead, one of the owners suggested we just deal with it later by ripping up all the rock and replacing with fresh garden fabric weed barrier, rather than hand-pulling weeds as had been discussed during service establishment. The last visit by this mowing company, which is really all they do....they do not manage landscapes or aesthetics whatsoever, they string-trimmed up against two of my full-grown Japanese Maples and a significantly large area of bark was whacked off of both tree bases. The same owner mentioned above didn't offer any plant treatment for the damage done or monetary reimbursement for the poor service. Do not hire this company unless you are looking for teenagers to mow at an exorbitant price and you don't care if your landscaping is overrun with weeds.

The absolute best company to work with! They were friendly, prompt, and fair. So so happy I chose Deep Roots for my landscaping needs, love the way it came out!!!

I had a flooding issue on the side of my house. Michael with Deep Roots came out and gave me a free estimate, no pressure. The two workers that came and did the work were beyond nice and worked their butts off. The end results looked amazing and I highly recommend them for any drainage issues.
