Very disappointed with this store lately. Moved to the area and loved how close and convenient it is. Last time I was there I went to purchase the product I always purchase and the employee recommended something different. I decided to go with the staff’s recommendation. Not even having it for a day the 510 cartridge no longer works. Thought it was a battery issues so returned to the same store for a new battery. Cartridge still does not work. Returned to the store just for them to say it’s not their problem and to contact the manufacturer. Very unprofessional. Won’t be returning.

used to buy from this location for a multitude of reasons the great staff and product but as of recently I learned the owner of the store has been mistreating their employees, and have experienced this personally, while at the store witnessed the owner come threw who was down right rude, he later kicked me out of the store for being quote on quote too long in the store even tho I was just chatting with one of the employees having a great conversation, I will no longer be buying from this store again.

Can't say enough good things about this little shop. Excellent service by the amazing staff, clean, serene space. I walk in there feel like I've gone through a portal to a little island in heaven. And that's stone-cold sober! Big shout out to Isaac who works there, for his kind, positive energy and for always being so helpful. I wanted to try out vaping because I don't like to burn and and he helped make it happen. It is a total game changer. No more grinding and rolling. Just vaping and chilling...Thanks Isaac!!

I like the way they display their products so you can actually see what you’re buying. I got a vape the other day and I had an allergic reaction to the flavour, came in the other day, they let me return it and get something instead, great place with good people!!!

Buying local is a non-negotiable for me. Look, we can't all expect Toronto to get it's act together fast enough to become a more walkable city - we have to create that reality ourselves. Find and support businesses near you, make the time to walk or bike there and don't drive, you're just contributing to the traffic everyone hasn't stopped complaining about since 2006. Anyway if you're nearby the Leaf, pop in for all your green needs and after, spend some time contemplating how you too can make this city a better place.
