I went to Curaleaf on Central 3 days ago and bought their "in-house blend" 1/2oz which was buy one get one free. I was hyped because the person who talked me in to buying this assured me it was a good batch. When I came home and opened the bag, the cannabis was brown and soggy, as if it had been sitting for a while. I tried rolling a couple of joints to find that it was old weed we were smoking. Today, I went in to Curaleaf to exchange the medicine since you know, I paid for it, but I had tossed my receipt and it was trash day, however, I've been there a few times and they should have a profile for me, WRONG. Come to find out they did not have a profile for me and could not do an exchange or refund. I went to talk to the manager and showed him the cannabis which is brown and felt soggy, and his response was "that's what you get with discount weed", and said he wasn't going to do anything. I was ok at this point until he started yelling at me to get out because I told him they should retrain if they are not doing the profiles, he threatened to call the cops, and he started treating me as if I had stolen something and was very loud. The manager would not give me his name but he was wearing all black with glasses and a white had, he had a really long beard. How conveniente that they would not have my account on file when I went to exchange expired medicine. I am so disgusted by their actions towards a regular paying customer. I for once will not be recommending this store and will be reaching out to corportate.
