Crafted Nugs

Great product line/selection ! Friendly staff! I highly recommend these guys for all your cannabis needs if you’re in the areas.

Bought a 510 vape pen (Cookies) and 2 carts. Price matched with other stores and are local. I have no idea why you wouldn't price match as an OCS supplied store, but not everywhere does... These guys do. I paid $86 for my whole order, and without price matching I would've paid over $100. Budtender was open and honest, even replaced my pen when it wouldn't charge properly (again, OCS problem not Crafted Nugs). I worked in the Cannabis industry when it was first rolled out, at one of the original 50 stores, and we had the highest rated store in Ontario at the time. Crafted Nugs is doing the OCS store pretty much as well as it can be done. These guys are worth giving your business to.

EDIT: I was called after getting home about the misunderstanding that occurred, they informed me that they could put a note on my account for the next time I was in the area. I went back and was happy to talk to them about this issue. I was given 4 more of the same pre rolls. I’m very happy they reached out to me to let me know they were sorry for the misunderstanding and to give me what they had sold me on in the first place. I do think the store is very well kept, clean and not to big. Good website and they deliver so that is nice too. Overall it was a good experience and they do seem like a company who does care about there clients. Old:-See above resolution- Went in for the first time ever today my friend and I wanted to buy some prerolls. We asked the prices and everything seemed good also asked like 3 times to make sure they were 1G joints. The bud tender stated every time yes they are 1g. So we bought 4 of them and it turns out we were scammed they are the smallllest little 0.5g joints. I was very excited to write them a good review until I opened the bag and was disappointed to say the least. Oh well good thing there are a ton of dispensary’s in Hamilton now. Not recommended based on how many other shops are around and hopefully won’t try to sell you the wrong items.

If I could give more stars I would! Was very impressed with the staff! Very nice, helpful and friendly. Love the discounts and variety of products they carry. I will definitely be back to shop at Crafted Nugs!

It is not on the customer to provide the lowest price - you are located next to Relm and Village Cannabis Co - your prices are not competing with the Village and you completely failed to recognize the market is mostly in pre rolls and 1 grams in the low income area of downtown. If you wanted to be fancy, you should've moved to Hess Village. Your website is also confusing, clunky and slow. You have basically the same product as the others, including DaCanna who has worked hard to become a staple in the community to begin offering more crafted cultivars. Response to response: Jet Fuel Gelato is currently 18.99 at Village, less than a two minute walk down the street. Its $22 flat at DaCanna. You've opted not to use Dutchie but have strange ways of sorting search results in your online store. I get what you're trying to do but you picked a bad location. Best of luck.
