This is for the manager Tannis, I hope I'm spelling her name right, she is the only reason I drive 30 minutes to this store, she has helped me like no other employees has at any store, her recommendations and customer service have been the best I've even experienced anywhere. I always leave with a smile on my face after her help and conversation.

Love this store. The current fill-in acting manager is absolutely incredible. She is amazing with ordering. She really knows her stuff. I drive an hour from outside of the city just to see her at Richmond. They always have the product I need and she is so helpful. I feel terrible that I do not have her name. You will know her by the beautiful tooth tattoo on her forearm . I hope she Continues to do the ordering for the store when the usual manager is back. Don’t get me wrong. He is great as well. Just she is a level above. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I give them six stars!!

I used to really like this store and stopped going for a while because the selection was not great.But in the last month the options have been really good. Lots of new things at great prices and old things coming back that I really missed. Good Job Cost Cannabis! Keep up the good work.

First Time Here - Amazing Experience! The store is clean and bright with huge space way appealing than I expected! Prices are honestly simply unbelievable in the town and I have shopped everywhere. (Plus George told me they price match anything). As a first-time customer, I was blown away by George's service incredible product knowledge and the friendliest attitude. So good that I opened an account right away! Their own delivery service is fantastic too. Definitely recommend and already planning my next visit. 🫶🏼

Best prices! Lowest Costs! Even personnel from other dispensaries come by to stop & shop and are completely ecstatic that prices are even lower than their employee discounts! Therefore, if you haven't been to either store, what are you waiting for?! Please do so ASAP!!
