I really liked this place the last time i went there but this time wasn't the best. The guy was rude and seemed to just want me out as fast as possible. Customer service took a HUGE dive.

Best prices in the city. Great hidden little place.

I don’t normally write negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. I bought a pack of pre-rolls from this store, and not a single one worked, they either wouldn’t light properly or, even after multiple tries, no smoke would pull through. When I returned to explain the issue and requested a refund or exchange, the staff simply shrugged and said “too bad,” offering no help or solution at all. I understand that policies vary, but completely refusing to stand by the quality of your products, especially when they’re clearly defective, is not a good look. I expected better customer service, or at the very least, some acknowledgment of the issue. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Should have read the negative reviews before ordering online they make you wait all day if your get a deliver then I asked them to refund me and they just straight up not refund my order so I got scammed cuz they don't have a cancel option and won't send my money back.. i wil be going to my credit card im getting my money back

I am not even trying to be a hater, but I feel like some of these reviews are not accurate/don't know what they're talking about. Like, they aren't aware and I don't blame them. I've been to Cost Cannabis twice, the first time I went it said it was open but the door was locked. It did say they will be back soon; and so we decided to wait a bit. Low and behold, a man appears. He was helpful, kind, and quick. I realised, the reason why the place was locked was not only was this guy trying to serve customers in store, but he was delivering at the same time! I don't blame them for having to work this way especially post-COVID! It must be hard and plus, IT IS LATE NIGHT. No one really wants to work late hours, man, it's hard. I gave them another try today, but for delivery this time. Let me tell you, this place has amazing prices and they delivered to me at no cost essentially! Everything was perfect and I will definitely be back again and again! It makes me upset that they had all negativity and I had to put in the good word. Also, they have more stock. The last review said they don't doesn't reflect accurately. Plenty of Tribal especially. Honestly, even if they don't carry EVERYTHING, the deals more than make up for what they have available. Plus, the delivery guy was awesome!
