To the bigger girl that works there I will be reporting to head office to review camera footage as I had my ID tossed in my face and the product I purchased Handed to the person next to me, which is illegal under cannabis act the person that pays the one to be handed the product. I love that it’s all on camera. I hope she loses her job.

I’m not generally a review rate person. But this store exceeds superior customer satisfaction standards. All are very knowledgeable and so friendly. Special accolades to Amjed (sorry if I spelled that wrong ). He deserves recognition and should be a trainer 🧡 As a stage four cancer patient, I appreciate all of the above. I always have a pleasant time visiting the store. They have some amazing people behind the counter and are always able to assist me with what I’m looking for. Victoria always has amazing recommendations for THC cartridges and flower and an amazing personality with excellent customer service at the forefront. While the prices are a little high than other stores I continue to come back because of the staff

absolutely love this store. the staff are so friendly and respectful. if you respect them and their rules they’ll meet you with nothing but respect and kindness 💗

Sure be nice if you're employee I seen today when I was in there gave me the right product I asked for, had pointed out a 2×1gram preroll pack, handed me a 1x1g preroll, and did not discover it was the wrong item until I was well across the city at home, always nice paying extra money for nothing, maybe some product knowledge refresher courses for your employees or something idk???
