Incredible store, spacious, well-organized, and with a really great vibe. Leticia and Diana helped me out, and they were both fantastic. They answered all my questions, were super friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need anything.

Is this the most beautiful Cannabis shop in Canada? In Vancouver? I’ve visited Factories just to see their #pneumatictubes ? The aesthetic is pretty damn nice and attracted me as a new-to-Cannabis overly religious person. Their advice was helpful and the menu kiosks allow for great browsing. One day there will be Weed for sale IN Art Galleries ( I visit all when I’m in town)….until then, visit one that has the same atmosphere but without the snobbery. Not from around here, had a warm and wonderful visit. 10/10 💚

Place had very great and uncommon selection. One of the bud tenders Patrick was very helpful and friendly. Had interactions and assistance with him more than once. Would highly recommend going and saying hi
