every time i come here i end up getting helped by nat and she always kills it with the recommendations! she’s super sweet and helpful and because of her this is the only dispensary i shop at now :)

There is no shortage of places to buy cannabis in Kitchener, but this is the only store I visit, entirely because of the people who work there. As many other reviewers have noted, product range is excellent & all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to manager Natalie though, who is such a ray of sunshine I find myself popping in to buy something every time I am in downtown Kitchener, even when I don’t really need anything. Super convenient opening hours and a really good app / rewards program too. Love this place

I really like this place to buy edibles. Even the staff is super friendly. And very knowledgeable. They sell me what I need not what I don't need. Very happy with my experience. I'm a new regular at this location. I guess I get to high on the supply to remember the employees names. Even the prices aren't to bad. Thank you for making my shopping experience a memorable one. Great service, great products and deals, knowledgeable staff that actually gets you what you want, not just selling you products to for full a quota. I really appreciate and respect that aspect of what they bring to the table here with that regard. The owner is a really nice guy as well, with a lot of projects in the go currently for future development. It's my new favorite dispensary downtown Kitchener.
