I was very disappointed with my experience. The employee did not seem to know the products at all and couldn’t answer basic questions. On top of that, they looked uninterested and unmotivated to help. It felt like they didn’t want to work or provide proper customer service. This made the whole experience frustrating and unprofessional.

It’s great having you back in the neighborhood after the big flood. Everybody at the store is always so kind and fun to talk with. At the counter in the newly remodeled and repaired store, you have placed a barricade between your guests and associates. There are tall sales racks, full of lighters and other items that are preventing me as a guest to interact with your associates. It interferes in the sales process and customer service. The checkout counter should be clear of all of these tall items so that your guests can properly interact with your associates. Thank you.

This place is open whenever they want and closes whenever they want, with old packaged date products! Usually when they're open open, according to the staff they're always understaffed and authorities won't hire due to discriminative hiring practices. The only reason why they're open is PRICE, no other reason. Quiet naturally this review wouldn't get a reply from the business, just like other real negative reviews, because they like to turn a blind eye on problems and continue their business the way they want(screw rules & regulations)!

Since I moved to Canada I was only going g to canna cabana. I love prices, the varieties, the design. And mainly because it’s two blocks away from my home. But last week a i had a really bad experience. I went Monday to buy 2 dried flowers and 3 infused PR. Left it at home and went to work. When I arrived home (around 11pm) and opened one PR, it was teared apart. I didn’t come back because the store was closed and came back next day. When I got there, I talked what happened and Andrea told me that she couldn’t help me, because I should’ve opened inside the store. How can i open 2 dried flowers and 3 PR inside the store? I explained again, she told me to glue with rolling paper.. not satisfied, I started searching for my receipt. Couldn’t find in my email, went back to Yaletown and started talking with the guy who made my purchase, Akhan. I explained for him the situation and ask for my receipt. He said that he couldn’t provide my receipt. When I did the purchase he didn’t ask my ID, my membership or if I wanted the receipt. In the end, I trusted in the company system and lose money. I don’t know what I do with my broken joint and after that customer service, I’m pretty sure that I’m not going back to Yaletown for real.

Cool spot in Yaletown for cannabis products. Very sleek design and Hawaiian theme. Helpful staff who are quite passionate about their work. They have a decent range of products but wish they carried some better brands; like they have some cannabis infused beverages but none from the Truss beverages line (XMG or Mollo) which are the best.
