I had put in my very first order and it went through. They messaged me saying they were out of what I wanted. In the email I misunderstood the replacements they were offering and said yes. When the replacements came, I wasn't happy. They responded so quickly and generously allowed me to return the replacements and they got me something closer to what I originally wanted. Will definitely shop here again

Let me start by saying that I ordered online. On Friday, October 4th I tried to place an order. The Bank said it was potential fraud, called them and sorted it out. From there, I was forced to call back and actually place my order over the phone, but couldn't do it till some router was fixed. Wasn't a big deal. The woman, who was a manager claimed, told me that it would go out FRIDAY and I would get them by MONDAY. Sunday rolls around and I check my tracking number. My package hadn't even left yet. I call and talk to another manager who said they didn't go out Friday because they probably didn't have enough packages and that they couldn't drop them at USPS, but that it would be picked up Monday and I'd get them by Wednesday. Still not a problem. I check my tracking today, on Tuesday, and the package hasn't even left the state. So I call back. The woman, who sounds like the same manager I talked to answered. Needless to say she was not helpful in the least bit. She lied and said they went out Friday, when the tracking number clearly states the DAY it went out. Said that they, THE BUSINESS I SPENT ALMOST 200 DOLLARS AT, shouldn't have to be "inconvenienced". I would recommend the greatCBDshop if you are out of state. They have never lied to me like this shop.

First time ordering here. I'm thrilled with the service, and love the products offered here. I love that I got a call when something was out of stock. I was able to get a different flavor instead, the Rep was chill, kind and caring. This extra step is the reason I'll keep coming back! I'm very methodical in how I order my medicine, so I appreciate the heads up. ((I've had contrasting experiences with Another Company, twice have received absolutely wrong products, without warning, that weren't close to what I ordered nor even listed on their site. When I reached out to this Other Company for answers & COAs I was basically told "We are legit, don't worry about it." - thus I needed a new Trusted Source for my thc/cbd. Happy to find Charm City)) 💚 Some products from here that I love are Enjoy Hemp Live Rosin gummies, URB, and Lumi gummies, though I'd say anything Charm City Hemp offers is going to be exceptional. Everyone's body is different, but the gummies listed above, work well for me and my chronic pains. Delivery was fast without any issues. I will continue to shop here for several important - to - me reasons. There are several other products I look forward to trying out.🙏💝 Thank you!

I ordered a 3 Gram pen, they were out of stock, the next day they got my voicemail telling them to just give me any replacement they have in stock. A different 3g pen arrived a couple days later. Awesome business thank you!!!

Great shop and great customer service. Ordered a couple items which happened to be out of stock, and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Charm City with suggestions for similar products as replacements. Glad to have spoken with someone knowledgeable as well as helpful! Received the shipment within a couple days and am more than satisfied with the replacement items. Good stuff!
