Place is really awesome, nice wood, good music, great atmosphere, top quality product with good selection, which is hard to find, and Erika is very friendly. Even the packaging is in music style, which I appreciate as a person who plays music. 5/5

Every time I shop at CBD Kratom Bucktown, for my mom, it's always a great experience. On 9/5/25, I went in around 9am to get my mom some CBD for her México City flight that same afternoon. Dylan, the store associate, was very kind and helpful. Using my phone number, Dylan was able to lookup the same CBD cartridge and CBN lollipops my mother loves for her anxiety. Yasmin and Erika were so friendly and knowledgeable about the products! They recommended some really good infused drinks and pre rolls. They created a great atmosphere in the store and made me feel comfortable asking them questions, which was great because I had a lot! great experience overall and I will be coming back!!
