I went into the store on burnside and was told they didn’t have my order which was fine. The problem was not realizing that I wasn’t supposed to be on my phone in there was when all 5 of the workers decided to reprimand me for it across the store. Instead of just 1 doing it politely to me personally. That is not good customer service.

Henry is disrespectful beyond words. For 2 years he has been giving poor customer service. 1st instance he attempted to steal money from my change. 2nd instance he rolls his eyes when he's told I'm a veteran. 3rd and most recent there were only 2 customers me and another, and two employees. Henry and another. The other was helping the other customer. Henry looked right at me and walked to the back office then came out when a female wearing nothing comes in and he helps her meanwhile he's smirking and trying to intimidate me and stare me down. I think it's time to let him go. It's been 2 years and he hasn't grasped excellent service.

First time in, and definitely not the last. I was helped right away by Jacob and greeted with great energy and excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, the farms they come from, and made all the right recommendations for whatever you might be looking for. Prices are excellent for the quality they carry, with a solid selection of flower and a lot of great farms represented on their shelves. They also offer an industry discount of 20% off, so don’t forget your OLCC when you come in. Highly recommend.

Everyone is super nice and helpful here! I went in the day before my birthday and a guy told me about the 25% off on your birthday deal which was very kind (I forgot to ask him name) and then I came in on my birthday and June took the time with me to pick out a few different strains and made sure I got all my discounts. They were super lovely and patient with me. Very lovely team! Update: I wanted to also give a shoutout to Taylor who always takes the time to answer all my product questions. I love that there’s a $2 flower tier because I’m usually strapped for cash. They also have a frequent visitor program for discounts. One of my favorite dispensaries in Portland✨💜
