great staff, great security, wonderful experience. 10/10 you didn’t get consultations like this elsewhere. spanish speaker always available and ready to help. everyone was welcoming and kind. great music too. the crew will be missed🫶🏻

I've said this before and it's always true every time! I have had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Ryan many, many times. He makes every single visit a smooth, friendly, and informative experience! Quick too! But doesn't rush you.

This was the first time I’ve ever been to a dispensary, having lived in NC for the last ten years, and I have to say I was absolutely blown away. From the second I handed the security officer my ID to the moment I stumbled aimlessly out of the door, there wasn’t a second of my experience where I wasn’t content. The bud tender reached into these cases lined up on the wall, which reminded me of the wand store from Diagon Alley in Harry Potter, he offered several different options, and gave a thorough and educated description of each. The man was friendly and gave me great costumer service. Next time I’m in Boston, if Cannabist is still open, I will definitely be heading there to satisfy all of my cannabis needs.

My first time there my bud tender was nice, informative, and personable. He gave me great recommendations. Really seems like they take things at a slower pace than other dispensary’s I’ve been to which I appreciate. When there was a problem with my order, both managers were helpful, patient, and professional. This has become my new dispensary of choice!

Staff is friend and majority of them have the answers to your questions and give suggestions. A lil pricey, so I recommend people to join their loyalty program. I noticed that there is ONE very arrogant male staff member there, and I saw someone else's review that was an identical experience I had on Xmas 🎄 Eve! I also saw similar reviews, from unsatisfied customers that won't go back because he stares at you, doesn't greet you or offer any advice. He made me feel like I was taking too long, so I rushed, and only got half of the product I was planning on buying, ugh. Overall awkward and frustrating, this staff member needs to be dealt with ASAP!
