I am 50+yrs old, I went to this store as it was recommended to me. Austin, the very polite gentleman working that evening, was kind and informative, he was patient and I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. Excellent customer service. Kind of a noob when it comes to this stuff and when I came in last night Nico spent time with me, looking at all the products and explaining everything to me so that I could better understand and he guided towards what best suit my needs. He didn't have to do that, but he did and I really appreciated it! 10/10 service. Will definitely come again!
