low prices mean low quality of merchandise that potentially lacks necessary quality assurance and falls way below customer expectations.

Have had questionable experiences here but today there was such a nice guy in there. He was obvi newer but was being harassed by some girls and dealt with them amazingly, then immediately snapped back into it and was so kind. Hope those girls don’t come back but he was a lovely man

Honestly a terrible business they are never open it seems even though they say thay are open they are just randomly closed with the open sign on massively unprofessional

If you want snobby service and bad vibes I recommend the canna in the east end. The blonde guy staff that was working had terrible customer service and was giving off snobby vibes. Every other Canna I go to, the vibes are exceptional. This store also didn’t have the display up where you can look up what you’re looking for. This dispensary just seemed like it was lacking compared to the others in the city. I’d recommend going elsewhere for your 4/20 needs ❤️‍🩹

I’ve been an Elite member for years. I finally had a defective cart that I couldn’t fix myself, and upon trying to get a replacement (or even just a coupon or something bc it does not work), I was told I was out of luck without a receipt. When I signed up for Elite, I was told that I could return or exchange anything without a receipt because I PAID FOR A MEMBERSHIP. This treatment is abhorrent and I will no longer be patronizing this store, along with seriously discouraging anyone from signing up for your Elite program. Do better or risk losing more customers than just me.
