Sold me a defective general admission pod. The first employee named jay did the return.checked the system for my e-receipt and replaced my pod. But unfortunately. The replacement pod still leaked so i called in. They are nice enough to ask me to come back to the store the next day. And when i did an employee named axel didnt aproved and said i need a physical reciept because the "corporate" is losing money. (Like hes one of them lol) and told me he cant check the system for my e-receipt and just come back monday. lol nope. Another elite member gone.

I had a great experience during my recent visit. The store manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to offer me alternative options. I’ll definitely be returning!
