I have an active membership and consistently provide my phone number at checkout. However, this store shows a persistent and unacceptable lack of transparency. For over 3–4 months, staff have been claiming that they are “out of receipt paper” or “unable to print receipts.” This excuse has been repeated for months, which is simply not credible for a regulated cannabis retailer. While discounts are applied when I give my phone number, no receipt is printed or emailed, leaving the customer with zero proof that the purchase was actually linked to their membership account. Without a receipt, there is no way to verify that the correct phone number was entered or that membership benefits were properly credited. This creates a serious trust issue. Customers should not have to wonder whether their membership is being used correctly or whether transactions are being recorded transparently. Not providing receipts for months, combined with unclear handling of membership numbers, reflects extremely poor management and raises legitimate concerns about compliance and accountability. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. This may warrant attention from management or regulatory authorities if not addressed

Do not shop here! If you don’t buy their membership they make you pay double for products ( should be illegal) I was going into to buy a 3 pack of pre rolls $25 at most stores, without buying a membership they were charging me $40!!!! How does that make sense, they are ripping people off, not to mention it’s not a 1 time payment for the membership

Staff is always insanely friendly and the vibe in there is fantastic, however most of the time they only have prices listed for half or less of their products making it difficult to factor price in when deciding between products, especially the larger quantity products. I understand that this location is often quite busy, but missing price cards is kind of a major oversight.

The staff don’t help the first people in the store they just start asking anyone who needs help instead of the person who waited for 5 mins to be served. Renaldo was a terrible server. Find better employees.

Was visiting Ottawa for a few days while on Vacation, and I normally shop at canna cabana in my home town cause they always have the best prices and Ottawa did not disappoint! I was helped out by Aki and he was super helpful, knowledgeable, and even made me laugh a few times in the process. His recommendations were great! If I lived here I would make this location my go to store!
