LOSING ANOTHER STAR " do you have this " -No. "Isn't that it right there" -oh. SOME of THE Best staff you could ask for! (2025/2026) ☆BIG waste of money dont buy the MAX pre rolls ... they are not coated and thrown around out of packing. Big disappointment. I’m leaving this review to share a customer service experience, not to get anything for free… because I don’t care about 20 stupid dollars… I purchased a sealed pre-roll from this store on December 20 2025 and, when I got home and opened it, the tube was empty. I returned to the store right away to explain what happened. One employee was kind and listened, but I overheard comments suggesting that the product would have been checked and that I was not be telling the truth. I understand that situations like this are unusual, but it was frustrating to feel dismissed and to have assumptions made rather than the concern being addressed respectfully. Customers should not be automatically treated as if they are lying when raising an issue. I was told a manager would follow up with me, but I never received a call. I’m not upset about the dollar amount — I just wanted the issue acknowledged and handled professionally. I hope the store can improve how concerns like this are handled in the future..

i love this store. between me and my friends we spend thousands of dollars here. now i don't want to be labeled anything negative but me and my friend got added on snapchat by one of your employee's (I'm not going to say which one because we don't need anymore raciaI stereotypes about Canadas new population) 10 mins after leaving the store i got a friend request on snapchat realizing the only way they could have searched for me is cana cabana membership info they bring up when you give them your phone number. anyways maybe ask your female employees how they feel. have a great day!

I have been coming here for a while now and always had great experiences with both staff and prices. Today was an exception. I bought a cart on march 2nd (yesterday) and everything was fine until the next day I was switching the cart out and noticed it was sticky and half the cart was gone. At this point there was a leak on the bottom of the cart and so as any person would do, I go to return the cart. They have a 2 week return policy and I went one day after. Upon arriving and explaining the situation everything was fine and the lady with blond curly hair was nicely explaining to me that they cannot do anything since it is half empty (even though it was clearly leaking) and I must contact the company directly. My friend who was not there wanted to make sure that they understood the cart was leaking as I am not the best at communicating so we go back in together to get further clarification. Upon entering again I was met with a hostile attitude just for double checking. We stood at the door explaining and within a minute of us reentering and standing at the entrance explaining our situation, she threatens to ban us from shopping at the store if we continue “fighting” about the cartridge issue. I’ve attached the date of receipts and the cartridge at hand. There is an image comparing another cart bought on the same day, which a clear difference can be seen. The cart with cotton stuck is due to the leak as it is very sticky.
