Consistently fabulous experience. The staff are knowledgeable without being pushy and always seem genuinely willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for, even when the store is busy. Everything is well organized and clean, like- absolutely no dust anywhere, not even the floor… I checked (it’s quite impressive actually). The recommendations are thoughtful, and you never feel rushed through a decision. You can tell the team really understands both the products and the regulations, which makes the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Reliable, professional, always giving queenT. Easily the best experience I’ve had in a cannabis dispensary. Not only is it a huge store with great selection, I felt very welcome shopping here. The customer service was top-notch: I was helped by a person wearing a mask who was very friendly and really brought the energy. I don't have a lot of knowledge or experience with cannabis so I appreciated how kind and patient they were with all of my questions. Beyond this, they reminded me that I needed a lighter before making my purchase – it would have been frustrating getting home having forgotten to get one. I will definitely be recommending this store and will shop here again in the future.

Good prices, yes but I will never be going back there after what I brought home tonight. It was completely brown and full of sticks and leaves. I purchased a higher quality with terps sitting at 3.65% and at 33% thc. Went to return the product after driving 30 minutes home and then 30 minutes back just for the supervisor on duty who did mention she doesn’t even use cannabis that this is because of the way it’s grown and refused to return the product. As a consumer of cannabis for over 20 years and have grown cannabis before I know this is not what it should look like, especially for the price. I usually don’t write reviews but I will upload some pictures in hopes this comment doesn’t get deleted. See ya later canna 😂

I absolutely love this place!! Out of all the dispensaries I've been to, this is my favorite. They are always so helpful and know exactly what to suggest!! I have issues sleeping at night and usually get really anxious after smoking but I've had next to no issues with the stuff that has been recommended to me!! I highly recommend this place, staff is wonderful and kind!! The environment is nice and well put together!! 😊
