Scammed me out of $15 with 3 completely unsmokable pre-rolls of absolute boo-boo doo-doo that made me sick. 'nothing management can do' what a joke. You guys suck and you don't stand behind your products.

Response to the owner regarding my friend Brendan’s review: Stop gaslighting your customers. Your response was incredibly patronizing. Trying to "educate" us on the difference between Live Resin and Distillate? We’ve been smoking carts since the inception of the industry. He doesn't need a lecture from a 60 year old assistant manager trying to 'splain oils to him like he's the confused one he used to make the shit. He know exactly what he bought. I can show you 3 years of receipts for Live Resin it is supposed to be gold, amber, or borderline clear. The only time I’ve ever seen oil this black and gross was the "Nugz Slerple" (that nasty cured resin/distillate mix). But here is the difference: other shops sold that dark Slerple mix for $30 and warned customers that it was dark and oxidized. You are selling that same level of trash quality, claiming it's premium Live Resin ($40+), and then hiding behind "policy" when called out. And regarding your policy: Stop using the "we don't return based on taste" excuse. When a cart tastes like burnt metal immediately out of the box, that is a dry wick or hardware failure, not a "flavor preference." Dismissing legitimate hardware defects as "taste issues" is a scam. I see the other reviews. It’s not just us. Too many people are complaining about the same thing. One bad cart is a coincidence; this many is a pattern. You are clearly either buying discount wholesale old stock or your storage conditions are destroying the product. Fix your storage or stop selling expired goods. If you want to right this wrong, he still has the Cart, it tastes so bad neither of us want to smoke it.

Worst employees. First of all at the age of 37 years old I shouldnt have to carry an ID card with me every where I go. Teach your employees to be visually intelligent enough to know someone that may be closer to the age of 18. Maybe thats too much to ask. But ya my business with this Canna Cabanna is over and will gladly bring my business elsewhere. Absolute clowns at this location.

If you are looking to have an educated conversation about weed, please ask to speak to Beverly, if she is busy, She is worth the waite! She listens and asks questions because she genuinely wants to help. Employees like her makes a difference in the cannabis culture.

Worst experience that I’ve had at a dispensary. Sold me an empty vape and refused to return it. It’s been 30 minutes now and this vape is still completely dry. Just because smoke comes out doesn’t mean its not empty. They smoke a bit even when they’re empty and a real customer service rep would know that. Making Canna Cabana look so bad. Managers a complete Karen (look and everything) and was rude to me before even listening to what I had to say. Worst customer service I’m honestly shocked. What a waste of my 40 dollars, and more so time. If the owner wants to contact me feel free to reach out. Your employees have no care for customer experience/ retention would rather argue.
