I've been a loyal customer to this location ever since it opened, as I live two blocks away. Signed up right away as an elite member, and this is the ONLY store I have ever purchased my product from. Always great staff and great service. Tonight, that all changed. I was treated by a young girl who was rude, snotty, and condescending, when I asked if they were going to keep the doors locked and only let us in after showing our ID. I had to ring twice, and wait. This is something new. "Well do you think it's fair we should get robbed". "No, of course not, but all kinds of businesses get robbed. The liquor store gets robbed, it doesn't lock me out in the cold and demand I show ID before I can come in", I responded. It was snowing, it was freezing cold. She responded rudely "Well I'm not going to serve you then". End of discussion. Why, because I'm annoyed that I have to stand outside and wait for her to let me in? NO OTHER business treats customers like this.

Kylie (the manager) is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She gave us excellent recommendations for edibles, and everything she suggested was spot on. This is officially our new favourite location!

Simply blown away by the advice, caring and helpful service I received from store manager Kylie this evening! I was just walking in not too terribly knowledgeable on the products but Kylie walked me through everything and I feel so much more knowledgeable and comfortable walking into this store going forward. 10 out of 10 will be back soon! I’ve been shopping at this specific dispensary for over 6 years now and am an elite member and almost a daily regular. Most of the staff here are very welcoming and highly accommodating and friendly. Despite the high turnover rate, I’ve actually made a few casual friendships and look forward to seeing some of the staff. However, every time I’ve came in and dealt with the little brunette girl (who I believe is the manager) she’s been incredibly nasty and had an attitude issue with me ever since I came in without ID one day because I misplaced my license. I understand rules being rules to a certain extent, but It’s really offputting from a customer’s perspective and makes stopping by this location super unenjoyable! Normally I’d chalk it up to her having a bad day but the rude attitude is a reoccurring thing that I’ve noticed. A previous review had mentioned if you want to be humiliated as a mature and regular customer then this is your place, and I couldn’t agree more. Sometimes I will make the trip down to deer Valley Cana cabana instead just to avoid her if she’s working because her mood is such a buzzkill! Hopefully the owner can find new management or at least have a conversation with his staff about customer service but in the meantime, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Today is Aug 25, I placed an online order at 8:00am thinking that my order will be delivered before 2 as it was promised. It is now 330 in the afternoon and yet to see it delivered. I have tried to contacted the store numerous times over 30 times on my call log and not one single person answered their phone. I’m an elite member mine you and it doesn’t feel like I’m an elite member as this is not the first time I’ve had problems with this store. Not very good customer support at all and probably will not renew my membership after this year. !! It was my mistake from ordering from them and I should do more due diligence. Adding to this review: it is now 2130 hrs and I’m going to hit the sack and tired of waiting for my order that was supposed to be delivered today Aug 25. My order never came, but they were kind enough to take my money and charge me for my delivery. (Order # 547866)
