Great place with super friendly staff. Excellent selection of products. Ignore the 1 star reviews. They're just people who either don't know cannabis rules and regulations, or behaved poorly and were kicked out of the store.

the young lady's at this location are always super nice ,helpful and polite . there team has always been cheerful . and lets give credit where it due . its on 17th ,they deal with all sorts daily

The supervisor at this location is not qualified for their position. They lack knowledge of ID verification policies and wrongly reject valid IDs from other countries. Many customers, especially immigrants, are unfairly denied service. A business like this should not tolerate such discrimination. I strongly suggest the company provides proper training or replaces this individual.

Super friendly staff! They were super helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and gave me a lot of suggestions and shared their personal experiences with a few of the products which to me always helps me personally! The products are high quality if not pretty close! Very welcoming environment! Enjoyed shopping there! Definitely coming back for more!

I would've given zero stars if it was possible. They have the rudest staff that are unwilling to even help you. Walking in I felt like I should leave as I wasn't acknowledged once. I said hi like a normal person, and was avoided and dismissed. Literally the weirdest thing I've ever encountered. Working in this industry requires someone with some knowledge and people skills... The management was just as bad as the staff that I encountered. I would never go back.
