Honestly, used to love coming here. I have been a long time customer, have spent 100's of dollars there, and yet when I asked a very simple question I got a very snippy response. Honestly not impressed with the attitude of some of the staff, and from the reviews I have read, it seems this is a common problem fellow buyers are running into. It really is quite unfortunate. Oh Well, they have lost a long-standing customer. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Well done 👏 I have also noticed that the owner likes to respond to positive reviews. Ignoring the ones that bring up issues such as mine. That's not how you run a business. Take the feedback you receive and make changes.

They rarely have quality flower , it’s always old and dried up and the people who sell it are clueless , they don’t know what they’re selling . Asked the lady working here for something sticky , explained to her that the stuff I’ve been getting the last few days have been pretty dry , she got me something which was very dry again . Threw it in the trash can on my way out of the shop .Wasted 20$

Probably going to start travelling to Fairview because of how nice they are over there… the only nice person that works here is the guy with tattoos. The girls are always so rude.

The service and knowledge of the staff here is incredible. It's always a joy to shop here!! And we love to support Indigenous owned businesses upholding their treaty rights!!
