Very friendly service, the staff give wonderful recommendations. The store also has a good variety of products to choose from.

Told the guy i would comeback around 5mins before close time because i didnt have my i.d with me and he tells me not to bother coming back because “the CEO told him to close 20 minutes early” whether he was lying or not, that is horrible customer service. 10 means 10 and not 940 or 945. If you close before the posted time then you just waste customers time.

Started going after the unfortunate incident at grass hut, will say this, ITS 10/10 TIMES BETTER. The staff are more then knowledgably informed on everything and make the experience of going in just that much more informative and fun. I don't think I can find anything wrong or negative to say about this place. While I'm not super regular to going in like others, I can see why they do and have made an effort to try to visit at least 1-2 times (sometimes more) a month to pick up something. If I could I would give it more then 5 stars just for how easy it is to go in and get exactly what you need. Keep it up you guys, you'll forever be my go to for the inevitable future whenever I return to Hamilton or Mac, as for the time being its always my go to as a student.

Wonderful vibe! The store was clean and organized, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They wished me a happy belated birthday as soon as I walked in! I didn't ask any questions, so I'm not sure how informative they were, but based on the care and attention to detail in the store - I have full confidence they would exceed the expectations of all experience levels.

I came to store not knowing exactly what I was looking for and was immediately attended to and a quick transaction was made. However, to my surprise one of the products was defective. They spent a good amount of time troubleshooting the problem and I left a satisfied customer. With an excellent selection and outstanding customer service, it was truly an experience to remember. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
