Just experienced the worst customer service. I was trying to figure out how their card reader fee works with the rounding up/cash back and the worker was so rude and impatient about it. I said never mind and left because I felt so uncomfortable and stupid from how this dude was acting. I conceptualized how it worked/what he was saying once I left lol. But seriously the dude with glasses needs to work on his customer service skills. I won’t be back.

Had a great experience today. My budtender was charming & answered my questions confidently. I ended up choosing their recommendation & i am so happy i did! i will be back for sure.

Brothers is the closest dispensary to me, but they have never made me think about going somewhere else once. The prices are great, the specials are plentiful, and the service is top-notch. Thanks for taking care of my brotherly needs, brothers!

One of my favorite dispensaries here in portland. They always have a good selection and their staff are amazing. Especially Mike, if you need help trying to get a specific kind of high he will set you up right. 10/10

The budtender Michael is THE BEST. Super chill person who always has great recommendations. Yes, I go here primarily because it's close, but I'm always hoping he'll be the one behind the counter when I'm buying. Bless.
