In 2012 I opened Broad Street Bagel Co in Kinderhook, NY. With the help of my family and a 150-year-old bagel recipe from Brooklyn, the dream became reality. Our family longed for a true Brooklyn kettle-boiled bagel and a great cup of coffee.
