Great variety of products. They always have specials and offer rewards points for purchases. Convenient and secure curbside parking. Rarely do you encounter a line. At Best lines are no more than five minutes long. Courteous, knowledgeable staff. The best cannabis dispensary in the East Bay. By far, I think this is my home for dispensaries. The security guard was pretty awesome at the door. I thought he was a cop. I felt well protected. The front area was clean. It was no weirdos hanging around in the front you as you come in or go I loved it. The place is very welcoming and you just get a feeling of safety in the place as you’re doing your shopping :-) and they have an awesome system the more you come the more points and the better your prizes. I love it and the tenders are awesome. They’re very knowledged on everything that they have at the counters and in the glass booths, and if they don’t have it, they can get it for you order it and they have drive up service in the back. You don’t even have to get out of your car isn’t that awesome so you can park in the front or park in the back or you can easily just call your order, say this is the best one of the best cannabis dispensaries around Oakland right now

We were staying at the Moxy Hotel and noticed Blum while driving. Blum has an awesome selection of pre-rolls, flower, vape cartridges, edibles and dabs. Today we were looking for pre-rolls and a cartridge.

Quiana and Duffy are super helpful and totally made my experience a great one. when i am visiting in Oakland i will definitely come back. Good customer service is hard 2 come by now a days and i appreciate it! thank you!!

OK, I already gave this place 5 stars over a month ago when I joined: great selection, friendly staff, security (always a plus), a point system for loyal, returning customers. I am writing today giving BLUM the sacred SIXTH STAR for hosting a vendor from BUD BARBER. Michael the rep/owner was there giving out edible samples for his BOGO free special. I asked if he had anything for pain. I clean houses and my crippling, aching, sore hands are raw from the work. He said, "My wife and I made this lotion...took us years! I use it with the edibles. But, I don't think they have the lotion here? I am here today for the edibles. But, *I* have a bottle you can sample" Michael reached out his hand with the bottle and said, "Say when...". I extended my hand. He poured, I said, "when" and began to massage. I felt INSTANT relief. It felt so good, smelled good and was GOOD!! I began to cry. I told him, I have tried EVERYTHING: Bengay, icy/hot, tiger balm, bio freeze, compression gloves, pain meds and even acupuncture when things get really bad. NONE of them have provided "on the spot, on contact, did I say INSTANT relief...that lasts up to 4 hours!! That is MAJOR when you have 24 hour pain. As I wiped the tears from my eyes and asked the cashier if they had his lotion? She said, "Yes, it's $10" Michael said, "Oh, that's NOT my lotion. Ours is $30". They did have it and it is worth EVERY penny. The Theraputic CBD lotion is a new addition to my healing routine. Michael gave me a hug and a two free edibles which were equally as AWESOME as the lotion. I am a believer in self healing. At any co$t.
