0 Founded at the corner of Yonge and Dundonald in 1985 and purchased by Raffaele Morana in 1988. What began as a humble, neighbourhood Italian restaurant, Caffé Volo evolved into Bar Volo and became the vanguard of craft beer in Ontario.
