Terrible staff attitude 2 great stores literally next door make the smart choice and DONT go here. Went it to purchase and they didn't have the brand I was looking for, confused because I have purchased that product in store before I asked if they would bring it in again so I could purchase and they said no they don't take suggestions... from customers.. looking to purchase products... and then be so petty as to laugh with your co worker while me a customer is still in store. You clearly should smoke so more of your product and chill. Cause your negativity doesn't fit in this industry and is an embarrassment to fellow retailers.. DO better!

Sold me a half-ounce full of seeds, with no recourse. You're in a highly competitive industry with zero potential edges except for customer service: hire a manager who understands that before your competitors open next door, or you'll be done. Edit: Don't use the pandemic as an excuse. Don't you ever. Edit: As of a week later, they still haven't filed my complaint with the OCS.

Overpriced. Very poor quality, very stale bud that was packaged 5 months before I purchased it. No way to see the bud in person and assess its quality. Overall did not like the experience of a government licensed dispensary. EDIT: Owner claims I wrote a fake review, clearly they can't take critism. The legal bud sold here is very stale, dry, and far overpriced compared to alternatives you can get on black/grey markets. As a customer with a medicinal cannabis card I was not impressed with the offerings and price at Axes Smoke. No amount of what you consider a "SALE" will compensate for low quality bud when I was already getting better quality bud lower than your price.

Whole set up is mad dope. They are super sweet. They usually have doughnuts, and ALWAYS treats for my dog. Incredibly considerate and conscientious. They always have amazing specials too. I got there once right as they had closed and they still let me in. That's that empathy! It's super accessible meaning even if it's not the closest to me, I still make the trip to this spot. 5 stars all the way baby.

Such a fantastic dispensary! We came in to grab some products for a weekend out of town and had a great experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped us pick out some excellent new strains while keeping us on budget. We are definitely going to be coming back as regulars!
