They cant make any exchanges on defective devices without a manager present. They cant give you a new product to replace the defective, only offering 15% discount on a new one. Apparently the device has to be sent away to OCS for inspection.

Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy going in small talk with the staff. Always have been satisfied with their recommendations. Five star operations.

Night staff is amazing and super friendly and kind. Always smiling and hello’s! Day worker (blonde lady) has some major tude and no smiles or friendliness. After reading previous reviews, many others have brought this issue to light. As I walked in , she proceeded to ask for ID before even acknowledgement 😭
