I use CBD oil as a medical product that does not contain THC at all, About 20 minutes after leaving the store, I decided to open the package and then saw that the bottle with the oil was broken, and the oil had leaked all over the packaging. I immediately returned to the store and demanded a replacement, but they said it was not their problem and asked me to contact their support. I contacted support and said that I had recorded the conversation on video. The support team reacted negatively and immediately started making threats, even though I was in a public place and I did not see any prohibition on video recording there. Conclusion: they absolutely do not care about what they sell; they just want to get rid of a batch of defective products. If you buy CBD oil, vapes, or any other products, always open the package and check what they put inside. If you read the reviews about this store, other customers also say that the quality is terrible, the products are not fresh or even expired, the prices are inflated, and there are also hidden tips.

This is a lovely location, very convenient, clean and the staff is nothing short of helpful & polite. Always an amazing experience with their products & recommendations!

Worst customer service. My husband went in to purchase a disposable pen for me. When he got back in the car he complained "wow their prices on that pen went up since last time we bought one". When I asked how much he paid he said $47...weird, because Ashario's website says it's 34.99 (plus tax). My husband realized the guy working snuck in 10% tip for himself on the machine then asked my husband to tap his card. That's some shady business we're not planning to give Ashario anymore in the future.

Avoid Ashario Cannabis – Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ashario Cannabis. I purchased a product that was clearly past its prime, with no expiry date on the packaging and a packaging date nearly a year old. When I contacted their operations team via email about a refund or exchange, I was told their policy doesn’t allow for either and my concerns about the product’s age and quality were completely dismissed. Not only did they sell me a defective item, but once I handed over my money, they washed their hands of any responsibility. The store’s customer service is non-existent, and their operations team refused to take accountability for the products they sell. If you're shopping here, be aware: once you buy something, they’ll make no effort to make things right, no matter the issue. Buyer beware – check the packaging dates carefully, because Ashario won’t take accountability for what you’re buying.
