Really lovely staff, everyone on the door and front desk are very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble, if requesting things to the room, its very fast. Massages were excellent. Nisa was very friendly and took care of our checkout quickly. Thank you :)

This is a really nice hotel and it is a good price. The roof top pool and sitting area are amazing, but the pool is a bit cold. Breakfast is pretty good, it is partial Buffet and partial order from a menu. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 15 minutes walk from the beach and Central Pattaya Mall, but there are lots of shops nearby. If you need money, you can go to the 7-Eleven about a block away. The rooms are well kept, clean and have a great view. One big perk is that the rooms have a washing machine and a small balcony with a drying rack. Overall, for the quality and price, I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful spa massage experience. The atmosphere was very relaxing, clean, and peaceful. The therapist name is A , was very professional and attentive. She asked about my preferences and adjusted the pressure perfectly. Her massage technique was excellent and helped relieve my tension and stress. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing spa experience. I would definitely come back again.
