Everyone from customer service to the delivery person Edward very professional and courteous and knowledgeable, he made the transition from our last oxygen supply company so easy he explained everything and was very patient. William R. Was professional. After 2 received calls from unknown numbers and AMS not able to provide patient information I assumed it was a scan. William call came in and was able to provide patient identification and offered to visit patient home and find a solution to oxygen tank. I recommend this customer representative William R.
