I usually have a good experience but today I went in to get a warranty on my constellations disposable due to clogging I bought it on December 12 2025 went in on December 18 2025 and one of the guys with a beard told me he couldn’t do anything about it because it has less than 50% first time hearing that I was never told that if it’s less than 50% nothings can be done. 48 bucks down the drain. Unfortunately this use to be the place where I recommend people and I always went here once a week to stock up on goodies

I usually have great experiences here; however, today the manager Sage decided that the customers on the phone needed to be taken care of before customers in the store. She decided to fill a large order for a customer over the phone while they have the option of ONLINE ordering. I am a medical patient and untimely could not get what I was there for because I didn’t have an half hour to wait, reason for me doing an online order. On top of not being able to get my order she proceeded to respond to whatever I had to say in a loud aggressive tone. The manager wasn’t so great but the other 2 employees were very kind and helpful although they couldn’t do anything because unfortunately Sage is the manager.
