Store and employees are mostly fine with competitive prices. I've spent $1000s here. But you NEED to fix the disrepencies between online and in-store. Make it clear things are "online only" on the website, Don't let people waste their time. Educatate your employees on promotions. Wasted my time in the rain for the employee to not honor a deal they didn't know existed that doesn't say anywhere it's online only.

I visited this vape shop on September 11th, and unfortunately, it was my first and last time. There were two white women working at the counter (both heavier-set), and instead of being helpful, they were rude, dismissive, and gave very unfriendly looks to customers. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect, not made to feel uncomfortable. I came to support a Canadian business, but the way they acted was completely unprofessional. On the positive side, one male employee there was polite and respectful, which I appreciated. After reading other reviews, I now understand that this seems to be a pattern. Management should seriously consider training their staff better or replacing them, because this kind of behavior will continue to drive good customers away.

Ola was helping me today. First time buying a refillable device. She was very friendly. The purchase transaction was very smooth. Highly recommend
