I needed some help sorting out some DBA issues and I spoke to a woman at BC Registries who was SOOOOO helpful. She was patient with me and listened well to understand my issue correctly. She kept trying different approaches until we came across the exact solution/information that I needed. Her help made the issues that my bank was creating dissolve completely.

I think the employees call it quits an hour before they close. I was on hold for an hour with no answer even though the online queue said it would be 10 minutes. If your not going to answer the phone just tell me and don't waste my time.
